Megafonix w/ Odysseia

This spring, Odysseia will be joining Met-X and collaborating with Thomas Smetryns and the musicians of the Brussels Marollen district to create MEGAFONIX.

MegafoniX is a great project in the context of a 4-year revitalisation contract of the city of Brussels, Jonction, in the heart of the Marollen. We will bring out the musical DNA of the neighbourhood, research different repertories and set up new collaborations.

MegafoniX connects traditional and contemporary repertoire, creates links between youngsters and adults and builds bridges between different communities.

Everybody – children, youngsters as well as adults – is welcome!

Zwerm and Etienne Guilloteau bring FEU back to the stage

Etienne Guiloteau’s choreography  FEU with Zwerm and dancer Young-Won Song is coming back to the stage in june, don’t miss it!

  • June 1st Schouwburg Kortrijk (BE)
  • June 9th Concertgebouw Brugge (BE)

About FEU:

Antigone is the epitome of the tragic battle; she listens to her conscience rather than obeying the law. Feu is a dance performance of an unequal battle. The talented Argentine dancer Cecilia Lisa Eliceche offers resilience to the live music of Zwerm: an electric guitar quartet with an eclectic style, combining high technical precision with an experimental rock attitude. Alone against the many, the dancer represents the determination and ‘hubris’ of the individual, the musicians the power of tyrants. They evoke the confrontation between different generations, convictions and worldviews, which has marked our society ever since the birth of democracy up until now.
